Upon arrival of your package, it is suggested that you check and make sure everything is in accordance with your order.
If anything you order from us fails due to either defective workmanship or materials, damaged in the process of delivery, you will entitle to a replacement, or a full or partial refund. For any item you received that is not the item you ordered, a replacement or a full refund will be given.
All returned items must be in new and their original conditions - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair, and must have the tags intact and attached. We have the right to reject your return and ship the items back to you if any of these conditions not meet.
Please note that if you request to replace your return item with a different product, any discount and promotional gifts will be void, and you have to pay for any difference cost, should it be higher than your return item value.
Please email us at email@example.com to submit a return request within 5 days upon receiving your order. In your email, please include your reason(s) of return request and photographs that show item defective proofs or item mis-shipped. Upon our inspection and approval, we will issue and provide you a Return Approval Code and the return address.
It is best if you can re-use the packaging we shipped your order in, but if that’s impossible please use any suitable packaging that will sufficiently protect the items in transit
You will need to pay return postage. For your protection, please send your return via a shipping service that can be tracked and be sure to keep a proof of postage until you get our confirmation that we’ve got your return. This is such that you can make a claim from the carrier in case it does not reach us. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns if your return items lost sent via non-trackable method.
Please make sure all items return are to be sent to the appropriate address. In any case, return item lost or delayed in reaching us due to wrong address sent, will not be processed, or be returned to you at your cost.
Once we’ve got your return, we’ll send email notifications about your return/exchange status. Once your return is inspected, we will process your request as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days to reach you for standard product replacement, or a longer period for if you request for a customized product replacement.
Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. In the event that a credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a webstore e-voucher with equivalent value will be issued.
Your return needs to reach us within the following time frame periods within the date we issued you your return approval code.
Returns received outside these periods may not be accepted, or may only be accepted back for a refund to our webstore e-voucher which will be valid for 6 months.

Clearly mark any return packages as “Returned Goods”. If this is not done, any incoming customs charges incurred to us will be added to your order.
Returning items that you’ve paid import duty for, it should be possible for you to claim refund of duties from your local customs authority. For any further details or questions about duty payable or refundable, please contact your local customs authority.
Once your order has been processed, no cancellation is allowed. However, if you insists to cancel your order after payment, please check with us whether the order had been processed.

While most non-personalized items are returnable, we have the right to reject any request on returning items due to the following reasons:-
Shipping fees will not be refunded unless the items were faulty (Note: Refunds for the return shipping fee will be calculated to an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method). Exchanging faulty items will not be charged again for the shipping. Replacement items will always be sent via original shipping method. If you request an express delivery, you will have to pay for the difference in cost between the two delivery services.

We reserve the right to decline any order and/or terminate the account(s) of any customer we believe to be involved in fraudulent practice. In addition, we will share details of fraud and suspected fraud with other retailers and will take all necessary steps to detect, prevent or prosecute fraud.
