It is best if you can draw out the details that you wish to change, since wordings communication might result in different understanding of the dress outcome between you and us. Fright not, however, if drawing is not your thing!! We’ll draw our your dress and change accordingly until a mutual agreement between us is reached.
Since we might need to make everything from scratch, including sourcing for materials, dying a different fabric colour, sewing lace from scratch...etc, depending on how complicate is your dress design, it might take at least 2-3 months time frame from submitting design to completing your dress. Hence you are advice to custom made your gown 4-6 months ahead of your wedding date.
The final selling price of your dress can only be determined after you have decided on the design of your dress. We’ll send you a quotation and if it is way out of your budget, there is no obligation to proceed on the order. It is best if you could tell us your budget in the first place, it will be easier and faster for both of us to work out on your dress design.
As all our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately 1-3cm in either specified measurements.
If the finished dress is slightly large or small on you, we encourage you to find your local seamstress to make adjustments. We will gladly to give you some refund for the altered fee, subjected to a maximum of 5% of your dress’s total price, and only one-time fee refund is allowed to made. We require the copy of the receipt from your seamstress when you request reimbursement.
Once we received your payment and proceed on making your gown, no cancellation is allowed. If you insist on cancelling your order, no refund will be made to you. For minor changes you wish to make to your dress, you may need to top up additional cost. However, you’ll need to pay for another full amount for any major changes on the dress.
You are allowed to do any changes to your order as long as you have not make any payment, or we are yet to process your order after your payment is made. Kindly contact us within 48 hours after your payment to check if you are still allow to do any changes. Please note that additional cost may incur depend on the changes you wish to make.
Considering the uniqueness of the product in the event of Custom Made, if we make the dresses following the specifications you ordered, there will be no returned or exchanged except for the following reasons:-
