We are fully operated online only and do not own a physical store. Currently our office is based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. All of our products available for sale, except sample gowns, are pre-order, and will only be tailor made upon orders received.
Should any physical store available in the future, we will make announcement in our website.
At the moment we do not offer any gown rental services. All items shown and all prices quoted in the website are fully for sales only. There will be announcement in our website if there is any rental services available in the future.
It is advisable to place your order a minimum of 6-8 weeks before the actual day you need to wear the dress. For personalized and custom made order, you are advised to place your order at least 4 months beforehand. This is because we make dresses to order from scratch, so we take longer to prepare it before it gets shipped out.
We recommend you to allow plenty of time for the tailoring and shipping periods, plus additional time in case you would like to make any necessary alterations after trying it on.

Q: Can I return or cancel my order if I change my mind?
All our dresses, including standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. This means the cancellation and return policy is stricter than that of other retailers. We suggest you think carefully before placing an order to avoid any disappointment. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy(link) for more information.
Q: Which international countries do you ship to? What is the shipping rate?
Yes. We are happy to ship internationally to most countries, including but not limited to:- Asia (Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand, Vietnam, and etc.), European Union ( United Kingdom, Sweden, France, Italy, Germany, Denmark, and etc.), Australia, New Zealand, United States of America, and Canada.
Please contact us for more details on shipping charges to specific destination country. Shipping charges will be based on total weight, destination and your chosen shipping method(express/standard delivery).
All items are in stock unless "sold out" is displayed. Sold out items will be removed from our online catalogue after 14 days or so. Please be aware that an item in your shopping cart can be bought by another customer unless it is bought by you first. In case the item you purchased is out of stock, we will refund to you the amount you have paid for that item.
Q: What can I do if the dress is faulty, damaged or shipped in error?
Kindly contact us at email@example.com the digital photo of the faulty or damage dress within 5 days upon receiving your dress and the refund/exchange procedure will be advised. For more details please refer to “Return & Exchange”(link) guide.
Q: What should I do if I do not received my order?
Promptly contact us if you do not received your order after the estimated date of arrival. We will do our best to check the delivery status. Though unlikely, but if your order lost in transit, we will either send you order again or refund full amount to you depending on your preference.
Q: If I don't see my size or the color I want listed on sale, is it available?
No. Only the remaining sizes and colors will be shown in the drop-down menu for each product. For styles in Sale and Sample Gown, quantities are limited and it is not likely the product will be available at a later date. In select styles, they may be available in again.
Every gowns come with built-in bra pads and fully boned for shape. We guarantees that every piece of the gowns, including Sale items that we sold is perfectly new and in excellent condition. We check every gown before sending out to customer to ensure high quality product is deliver to customer.
However, please not that Sample Gown Sale items might not be new and is selling in AS-IS condition. Rest assured, they are in perfectly wearable conditions, and any tears and wears will be minor and does not affect the overall appearance and outlook of the gown.
Q: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?
We try our best to present all our product photos closest to the item's natural color. However, due to different computer monitor's display settings, there is a slight possibility that the actual dress's color might look slightly different from what you see on your computer monitor.
The zipper will be carefully chosen to match the overall dress design. There are 2 types of zippers, invisible and visible. Invisible zippers are hidden inside a seam and use a discrete pull tab in order to blend in with the lines of the dress. Visible zippers are wider but hidden behind a tab of fabric. They are reinforced at the top with a metal hook that clasps through either a metal or fabric ring.
Q: Should I order in zipper or lace-up back style?
It is completely up to your personal preference, though we normally suggest our customers to go for adjustable lace-up back style as it allows 5-10 cm of size tolerance in case of any inaccurate measurement or small size deviation regarding different styles.
Q: How similar is the real dress compared to that shown in the picture?
Due to the nature that all dresses are handmade tailor, we cannot guarantee every piece of dresses will be 100% same as what shown in picture, such as - alignment and orientation of lace details, ruched and drapped details, embroidery details. Sometimes, a slightly different flower embellishment will be used for replacement if the original source is out of stock. Nonetheless, we guarantee above 90% similarity.
Q: I like some of your designs. Is it available in other colors?
Designs for custom made are available in other colors. Kindly contact us
to request for colors chart of your preferred gown designs and the price
at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be noted that custom-made in certain colors might have extra charges.
Q: How do I make sure I'm ordering the right size?
We strongly recommend you to check the actual measurements in our Size Chart and compare them to your own measurements. If you are not sure how to take your own measurements, please refer to our Measuring Guide page.
If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. You might also want to consider dresses with lace-up back style option to adjust to your size.
Q: Will I be able to alter my dress if I receive it and it doesn't fit exactly right?
Yes. We always leave a few inches in the seams so that if you want to modify the dress slightly, your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inch on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.
